As of April 6, 2020, all tours and special events have been canceled through May 28, 2020.
All guests with tickets for the Full Flower Super Moon Tours on May 6 will receive a full refund; no exchanges are being offered.
Guests with Regular Tour Tickets have the option of an exchange (through April 10, 2020, 11 pm Arizona Time) or a full refund. If you would like a refund, do nothing and your tickets will be automatically refunded.
If you wold like to exchange your Regular Tour Tickets for a Fall 2020 Tour please contact BrownPaperTickets directly by telephone (800-838-3006 extension 1) by Friday April 10, 11 pm, Arizona Time. Please use the call back option on your call to BrownPaperTickets, if necessary, as their call volume is very high. They will call you back without losing your place in line. They are open for your call 6 am to 10 pm, Arizona Time.
As of March 18, 2020, the window to request exchanges for tours from March 19 – April 26 has ended – those not exchanged during this time have been automatically refunded.

Good evening, Castle Guests.
I am writing to you about your upcoming Tour at Tovrea Castle at Carraro Heights. Due to the increase in coronavirus (COVID-19) and with your health and safety in mind, Tovrea Carraro Society is postponing our Regular and Super Moon Tours from March 19 – April 26, 2020.
We are offering you the opportunity to either receive a full refund of your tour tickets or exchange them for a tour in September through December 2020 or for the Full Flower Super Moon Tour on May 6, 2020, if you hold those tickets. We do not ordinarily exchange tour tickets, but this is an extraordinary time.
Due to the rapidly approaching dates of your tour along with the size and nature of our tours, we need to have you respond to BrownPaperTickets directly by telephone (800-838-3006 extension 1) within 72 hours (March 17, 2020, 9 pm, Arizona Time) to start the refund process or exchange your tickets. Please use the call back option on your call to BrownPaperTickets, if necessary, as their call volume is very high. They will call you back without losing your place in line. They are open for your call 24 hours a day.
Please be prepared to identify yourself as the ticket buyer with your name, ticket confirmation number, email and/or telephone number.
Be advised that you will be exchanging or refunding your tickets for the same number that you initially purchased e.g. you have purchased 4 tickets that you will exchange for 4 tickets in the Fall of 2020 within the range of September through December 2020 or for the Full Flower Super Moon Tour on May 6, 2020.
-If exchanging your tickets, you must select the same tour date and time for all tickets being exchanged.
-If refunding your tickets, you may not receive a partial refund; you will receive a refund for all tickets purchased.
If BrownPaperTickets does not hear from you within 72 hours (by March 17, 2020, 9 pm, Arizona Time) we have authorized BrownPaperTickets to automatically refund your tour tickets.

Due to overwhelming demand for tour tickets, Tovrea Carraro Society has determined that a Lottery Ticket System is the only fair mechanism for distribution of tickets to our Guests. This Lottery Ticket System will begin for the Fall 2020 Regular Tour Tickets (September – December, 2020). Special Event Tours will NOT be included in the Lottery System at this time, but may be in the future.

There’s a certain magic to the Castle and its 44 acres when the sun gets low in the sky, and the pale orange glow of evening twilight begins to change into night. It is a beautiful sight to see!
On your tour of the Castle, you’ll cruise by tram around the Cactus Gardens and the Outbuildings, without stops or commentary, before exploring the Castle’s first floor and basement, all accompanied by members of our Certified Volunteer Team.
The tour is ADA accessible; please let us know that you are bringing a wheelchair or walker. We cannot accommodate MOTORIZED assistive devices (wheelchairs, scooters, etc). Other Special Arrangements should be made at least 2 weeks prior to your tour date and time, particularly for assistive devices for hearing and sight impairments. This tour is not suggested for children under age 15.
This is a rain or shine, cold or hot tour; guests are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
Please understand that there are no tour refunds within 72 hours of your selected tour date. Tour refunds are for every ticket you have purchased e.g. 6 tickets purchased on same credit card, cannot refund only 2 tickets, but all 6! We are unable to make exchanges between dates and times.
Be advised that tours for commercial touring companies and professional photographers, using photos for commercial purposes, are priced at a higher rate and are very limited and not available through these regular tours. If you are interested in booking a tour through your tour management company or for a photography session, please contact us for special pricing and dates at firstname.lastname@example.org If you are a commercial touring company or professional photographer and book anyway, we will cancel your tickets.
RESELLING of tickets is not allowed under any circumstances and is strictly enforced.
All refunds must be requested from and approved by Tovrea Carraro Society; Brown Paper Tickets will refer you back to us to authorize your refund. You may call us at 602/256.3221 or email us at email@example.com to request a refund. Remember, this must be at least 72 hours before your tour.
