Introduction and Your Acceptance of These Terms
Tovrea Carraro Society (“Us”, “We”, “Our”) offers users the opportunity to purchase tour tickets online directly from the primary ticketing source. The information below is provided to help ensure your understanding of the process and policies of purchasing tickets on TovreaCastleTours.com
Please also consult Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Lottery Terms & Conditions, and any other policies, rules or guidelines that may be applicable to particular offers or features on the Site.

Ticket Price & Currency
All ticket prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The price listed is the cost of the ticket, including any service fees.
Tovrea Carraro Society sets the price of the tour tickets.
All ticket prices displayed are subject to change at any time. Prices are only guaranteed when the tickets are purchased.
Payment Methods
Tovrea Carraro Society accepts the following methods of payments which may include, but are not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as debit cards through a bank account. Payments are made online via invoice once entrant is confirmed a winner of tour tickets and must pay within the stated amount of time on the confirmation email.
Tour Ticket Availability
Tickets are made available only through Tovrea Carraro Society and purchased through Tovrea Carraro Society on TovreaCastleTours.com and its payment processing vendor(s). Tour Ticket Lottery release dates are noted on TovreaCastleTours.com
Primary Inventory
When you purchase a ticket from Tovrea Carraro Society on TovreaCastleTours.com and its payment processing vendor(s), you are buying directly from Tovrea Carraro Society for the Tour which means we are not managed by a third party. Tickets purchased outside these means are not permissible and are not credible. Be aware. Reselling of tickets is not allowed and is strictly enforced.
Ticket Limits
Each Tour has a limited the number of tickets available and the number of tickets that can be purchased is also limited within a lottery period or within a specified date range (known as a “ticket limit”). Any applicable ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with applicable transactions. Ticket limits may also vary by ticket type and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders found to be in violation of these established ticket limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, Internet Protocol address, billing address, credit card number, or other information.
We reserve the right to deny access to tickets and the site if we detect use of a robot, spider, offline reader, site search/retrieval application, automated browser, or other manual or automatic device, tool, or process to retrieve, index, or data mine. Access will be denied to known violators.
Be advised that tours for commercial touring companies and commercial/professional photographers, using photos for commercial purposes, are priced at a higher rate and are very limited and not available through these regular tours. If you are interested in booking a tour through your tour management company or for a photography session, please contact us for special pricing and dates at Tours@TovreaCastleTours.com
If you are a commercial touring company or professional photographer and book anyway, we will cancel your tickets.
Accessibility
The tour is fully ADA accessible; please let us know that you have a Guest who will be using a wheelchair or walker. We cannot accommodate MOTORIZED assistive devices (wheelchairs, scooters, etc). Other Special Arrangements should be made at least 2 weeks prior to your tour date and time, particularly for interpreters and assistive devices for hearing and sight impairments. Children age 2 and under are free with an adult, but must be lap-seated; strollers for purposes of transporting small children cannot be accommodated.
Canceled Tours & Changes to Tour Times
In the event a tour has been canceled or the tour time has changed, we will make the best effort to contact you to inform you of the change.
If a tour has been canceled, you will receive instructions on how to receive a refund for the ticket(s) you have purchased. Tickets are not able to be exchanged.
Note: Since opening for tours in 2012, no tours have ever been canceled or exchanged except during the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please be aware that there are no tour refunds within 72 hours of your selected tour date. Tour refunds are for every ticket you have purchased e.g. 4 tickets purchased on same credit card, cannot refund only 2 tickets, but all 4!
All refunds must be requested from and approved by Tovrea Carraro Society. You may call us at 602/256.3221 or email us at Tours@TovreaCastleTours.com to request a refund. Remember, this must be at least 72 hours before your tour.
We are unable to make exchanges between dates. There is NO RESELLING of tickets under any circumstances.
Order Confirmation
Following your purchase of ticket(s) through Tovrea Carraro Society, you will be sent a payment confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm by contacting Tovrea Carraro Society via phone at 602/256.3221 or email at Tours@TovreaCastleTours.com Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assumed that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Ticket Delivery
A payment confirmation email will be sent after paying your ticket invoice online and serves as your ticket(s). This places you on the Guest List for your tour. You may print this payment confirmation email out and bring it with you to confirm, if you like. No physical paper tickets are provided for your tour.
Use of Ticket(s)
Once paid, a payment confirmation email will be received; this serves as your tour ticket(s). Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
Keep your email with the paid, payment confirmation and/or your printed copy in a safe place as you would cash or regular hard tickets. Tovrea Carraro Society is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication.
All tickets are subject to the terms printed on the ticket invoice confirmation, reprinted below for your convenience.
The paid, payment confirmation cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid only for the tour for which it is issued. This paid, payment confirmation is not redeemable for cash.
This paid, payment confirmation is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the purchase price appearing hereon. The unlawful resale or attempted resale of these tour ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
Holder grants permission to the organization sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all languages, and in all media now known or hereafter devised.
WARNING: HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING ENTITIES IN THE EVENT, THE OPERATOR, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, We will make the best effort to contact you to inform you of the CANCELLATION AND A REFUND WILL BE MADE. Tickets may not be exchanged.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Latecomers will be accommodated at the discretion of Management.
